Miss Hannah Karema Tumukunde was crowned Miss World Uganda on the 18th of March 2023. She beat twenty other ladies to win the crown. She also won Miss Popularity Award at the competition.

She will be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to represent her country at the Miss World 2023 Pageant. She will also represent Uganda at the Miss Elite pageant holding in Egypt in December 2023.

She is a model. She hopes to be a lawyer or journalist after her pageant career. She is between twenty and twenty-four years old.
